Regional Planner, BRAC Regional Task Force, Fort Bragg, NC. BRAC RTF is a non-profit entity created to assist 11 counties in southeastern NC in preparing for population growth and related land development resulting from legislation proposed by 2005 Base Realignment and Closure Commission. The BRAC 2005 law requires the U.S. Army Forces Command and U.S. Reserve Command to relocate to Fort Bragg, NC from Atlanta, GA by September 15, 2011.
